InvoiceGen is built to keep your business documents private. We do not collect, sell, or share your personal data. You do not create an account, and you do not sign in. This policy explains, plainly, how the app handles information.
§ 01Information we do not collect
The app has no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party trackers. We — the developer — do not receive your invoices, quotations, receipts, client details, company profile, or any usage data. There is no login and no user account.
§ 02Where your data lives
- On your device. Documents you create, your company profile (name, address, bank details, logo, stamp), clients, item presets, and history are stored locally on your device.
- In your own iCloud (Pro, optional). If you turn on iCloud sync, this data is stored in your private iCloud database and iCloud Drive so it appears on your other devices. It is handled by Apple under your Apple Account; the developer has no access to it. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
- Generated files. The PDF and Word files you generate are saved to your chosen folder (by default your app's iCloud Drive folder), where only you can open them.
§ 03On-device AI (Quick Draft)
The optional Quick Draft and AI installment features run a language model entirely on your device. The text you type for these features is processed locally and is never sent to us or to any server. The first time you enable the feature, the app downloads the model files (about 280 MB) from Hugging Face's public model host; that download transfers no personal data — it only fetches the model. After download the feature works fully offline.
§ 04Subscriptions and payments
Optional Pro subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or handle your payment details. Purchase and subscription status are verified on your device via Apple's StoreKit. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings.
§ 05Children
InvoiceGen is a business tool intended for general audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone.

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and post the revised version at this address.
