These terms govern your use of the InvoiceGen — Invoice Maker app. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. The app is also covered by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA); where these terms and the Apple EULA differ, the Apple EULA governs your license to use the app.
§ 01The service
InvoiceGen lets you create invoices, quotations, and receipts and export them as PDF and Word files. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter — company details, bank account, amounts, tax, and client information — and for how you use the documents you generate. The app is a document-creation tool and does not provide legal, accounting, or tax advice.
§ 02Free plan and Pro subscription
- Free. You can create up to 5 documents per calendar month at no cost.
- InvoiceGen Pro. An auto-renewable subscription that removes the monthly limit (unlimited invoices, quotations, and receipts) and enables iCloud sync across your devices.
- Price. US$3.99 per month or US$29.99 per year (prices in your local currency are shown in the App Store before you buy).
- Free trial. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial; you are not charged until the trial ends.
- Renewal. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel. Manage or turn off auto-renewal any time in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions are handled by Apple; we do not process payments.
§ 03Acceptable use
Do not use the app to create false, fraudulent, or unlawful documents, or in a way that violates the rights of others. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by the Apple EULA and applicable law.
§ 04Your content
You retain all rights to the documents and data you create. We claim no ownership of your content and, as described in our Privacy Policy, we do not have access to it.
§ 05Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, including any errors in documents you generate. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
§ 06Changes
We may update these terms; the revised version will be posted at this address with a new date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept them.
